Lime & Coconut Mango Chicken



  • 2-4 Chicken Breasts 
  • 1 Tbsp IGC's Organic Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (try IGC's Roasted Garlic Infused Salt)
  • 2 Tbsp IGC's Tahitian Lime Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp IGC's Coconut Mango Balsamic


  1.  Place the chicken in a zip lock bag. Sprinkle with seasoning, salt, olive oils, and vinegar. Seal bag and shake and massage to coat.  Let marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature before cooking. 
  2.  Heat a large skillet over high heat. Place the chicken in the hot man and sear each side until golden brown, 3-5 minutes. Turn heat down to medium-low, cover, and finish cooking until juices run clear.......about 20 minutes.
  3.  Transfer to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying!
