Black Calamari Infused Fettuccine


For a limited time only Infused Pasta! 

This unique black pasta gets its color from squid ink. Squid ink is rich in antioxidants and high in iron. 

Pair with one of the many Infused Olive Oils & Balsamics available through our website. You could also add veggies, seafood, meat, poultry, and/or cheese.

Cooking instructions: Add pasta to a large pot of boiling water. Stir. After water returns to a boil, cook for 2 1/2 minutes. Wider pasta will take a little longer…3-4 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain and rinse with hot water (for salads rinse with cold water), drain again and toss immediately with olive oil or sauce.
